Great experience all around. The front desk staff is very friendly and knew everything about my insurance / answered all questions. There was no missing info or hidden, uncovered fees, as I’ve run into with other practices. Upbeat and personable staff. I was seen within 5 mins of arriving. The doctor herself was extremely kind and took the time to explain everything she saw (including detailed photos). She was very thorough. The hygienist was very pleasant, professional, sensitive to my needs, quick and very thorough as well. I didn’t have to wait between seeing the doctor and hygienist. It was quick, painless and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this office. The only downside is that the office is a bit small - but if you don’t mind close proximity to other patients having treatments done, you should give this doctor a try.

Absolutely wonderful. Dr. Klose offered insights into my oral care that I hadn't ever heard from my previous dentist, and took time to make sure my treatment plan was doable and worked to set up the appointments to make it as affordable as possible with my insurance.

Dr Klose's team is friendly, courteous, and efficient. Dr Klose uses photos to walk through details of issues she finds in her examination, which made me feel much better about the advice she was giving me and left me much better equipped to take care of my issues going forward.

Dr. Klose was competent and informative. I went in for a general checkup and cleaning; she took x-rays and photos, pointed out areas of concern, explained recommended treatment and suggested a timeline for further work. I don't have dental coverage; her office was very clear about costs in advance. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was amazing! Not a bit of pain.

I'm SO incredibly glad I found Dr. Klose & West Village Dental. After having a terrible experience at another dentist who told me I needed 8+ procedures, I went to her for a second opinion exam. Her team made me feel incredibly comfortable and she was honest about which procedures I actually needed (only ~3-4) vs. which we could wait to keep an eye on and explained things in a way that didn't make me worried or afraid. I will definitely be sticking with Dr. Klose as my permanent dentist from now on.

Very kind and informative every time I go in. It had been a while since my last dentist visit before going into Dr. Klose's office so I needed some work done. She handled it all very well and made sure I was taken care of while paying attention to my insurance plan to take full advantage of my deductible/copay plan. Highly recommend!

Dr. Klose is exceptional!! I will be recommending her to everyone in our neighborhood. Her hygienist needs to be more thorough with his teeth polishing technique, but has a fantastic bedside manner.

I'm typically terrified of the dentist because I have really sensitive gums and the tools often irritate them, so I had an elevated stress level going in to see Dr. Klose. I was so pleasantly surprised to 1) get a true 1:1 with her to outline my concerns, (teeth cleaning anxiety), and 2) have an open dialogue to get answers to my questions around whitening toothpastes, best mouthwashes to use, and updated Invisalign treatment. I'm not sure if this is her typical practice, but she also cleaned my teeth herself (I believe to calm my heightened anxiety around cleaning) which no other dentist has ever done. Truly a fan, and eager to keep her as my dentist of record!

I highly recommend this dentist. The receptionist was very friendly, and the dentist and her assistant were professional and welcoming. They were also very transparent about payment (she told me I could skip the fluoride treatment since it wouldn't be covered by insurance and I wasn't at risk for cavities) which I sincerely appreciated. Will be booking again!
