With our dental wellness plan, you can pay a monthly or annual fee that covers your preventive care, such as checkups, cleanings, fluoride treatments and emergency visits. Dental insurance can be limiting, and we do not want these limitations to stand in the way of treatment. However, if you do use dental insurance, we want you to get the most from your benefits, and we are always willing to help you navigate the language of your policy.
Payment is due at the time of service, but we are happy to submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf. We will do everything we can to assist with your reimbursement.
